Oil & Gas (onshore & offshore) 24 projects

TDL's oil and gas projects from 2013 to 2026 cover offshore production platforms (Vietsovpetro, PVEP, JVPC, a MODEC FSO), the Dinh Co gas processing plant, the Ba Ria and Phu My gas distribution stations, the PV GAS Thi Vai terminal, the BSR refinery and the Golden Pass LNG terminal in Texas. The work includes PLC-5, SLC 500 and Siemens S5 migrations to ControlLogix and CompactLogix, ICSS and fire and gas systems on ControlLogix and AADvance, hazardous-area panels, HMI replacements and offshore commissioning during planned shutdowns.

Oil & gas

Petrochemical & Chemical 6 projects

All projects in this group are at Phu My Fertilizer Plant (PVFCCo), from 2015 to 2025, four of them for an EPC contractor. TDL migrated SLC 500 (2017, 2023), PLC-5 (2025), GE Fanuc (2023) and ControlLogix 5555 (2015) systems to ControlLogix, including redundant ControlLogix 5580 for a natural gas compressor with 1715 redundant I/O (2023) and for the 40-PK-5001 ammonia compressor (2025), and moved the redundant ControlLogix demineralization control to new hardware (2021). The systems cover conveying and packing, fuel gas, demineralization, a conveyor tripper car and compressors.

Energy & Power 2 projects

The projects in this group are at two thermal power plants in Vietnam. At Pha Lai II (2020), TDL migrated the PLC-5 / Citect control systems of the subsidiary plants (ash handling, FGD, ESP, soot blower, water and wastewater treatment) to ControlLogix and FactoryTalk View SE; at Thai Binh 2 (2022), it provided consultation on the Trusted ESD system, including field testing per the SAT documents and troubleshooting.

Manufacturing 12 projects

Manufacturing projects from 2017 to 2026 are at Crown beverage can plants in Dong Nai and Da Nang, Samsung's SEHC complex, Intel Vietnam, Kumho Tire and CFT Copper. At Crown, TDL upgraded body maker and cupper controls from PLC-5 and DeviceNet to CompactLogix and ControlLogix and built a VFD cabinet for two compressors; at SEHC, it maintains and extends the facility and power monitoring systems (FMCS and PMS) on ControlLogix, CompactLogix and AVEVA System Platform.

F&B / FMCG 18 projects

F&B and FMCG projects run from 2012 to 2026. The largest share is at P&G Vietnam's Dong An plant, where TDL has held a yearly maintenance arrangement since 2012 and has also delivered FactoryTalk Batch and PlantPAx work in the making areas, packing line upgrades, network modernization and FactoryTalk AssetCentre. Other sites include P&G Cabuyao in the Philippines (a servo capper for a machine builder), Nestlé, URC, Thanh Thanh Cong sugar, Yakult and the Vinh Hoan FeedOne aquafeed factory, a new plant on PlantPAx commissioned in 2022.

Water & Utilities 9 projects

Water and utility systems sit inside plants of other industries, so the projects below also appear in their own industry group. They include the water and wastewater treatment subsystems at Pha Lai II Thermal Power Plant (2020), the demineralization system at Phu My Fertilizer Plant (2021), the reverse osmosis water maker on a JVPC platform (2025–2026), ice bank monitoring SCADA at Yakult (2026), the FMCS/PMS facility monitoring with AHU, OAC and air compressor integration at SEHC (2025–2026) and commissioning of the auxiliary boiler control system at Golden Pass LNG (2025). Many smaller water and utility jobs TDL carries out at plants are not listed as projects.

Leisure & Amusement Parks 2 projects

In 2026 TDL replaced ride operator HMIs at two VinWonders parks: the PanelView Plus 1250 of the roller coaster at VinWonders Nha Trang was replaced with a PanelView Plus 7 in the existing cut-out, and the failed WindStarZ ride HMI at VinWonders Grand Park was replaced with a PanelView Plus 7, with the application recovered and reloaded without PLC changes.
