Since 2014 TDL has maintained the drives and control systems of URC Vietnam's coffee and creamer factory under yearly contracts: scheduled visits, drive servicing, program and parameter backups, unscheduled support and control system changes on demand.

Scope of Supply
- Drives: Preventive maintenance of more than 200 variable-frequency drives and soft starters from manufacturers including Danfoss, Mitsubishi Electric, Schneider Electric, Delta, Allen-Bradley, Siemens and ABB.
- PLC and SCADA: Preventive maintenance of the Siemens and Rockwell Automation PLCs, HMIs and SCADA; programs and drive parameters uploaded and compared with the previous baseline.
- Visits and reports: Maintenance visits on a fixed yearly plan, with a report signed by the plant after every visit.
- Support: Unscheduled support when problems arise, within an agreed yearly allowance.
- Modifications: PLC and HMI program changes, testing and troubleshooting as required by the plant.
