SEHC – New Air Compressor Integrated into FMCS SCADA 2025 – 2026
When SEHC installed a new air compressor, it could only be monitored locally. TDL integrated it into the FMCS SCADA so the central control room sees all its operating data, alarms and history.

Scope of Supply
- Communication: Modbus RTU to Modbus TCP converter set up and the compressor added to the data acquisition servers with KEPServerEX.
- SCADA: New tags, objects and graphics on AVEVA System Platform, with historian and report entries.
- Field signals: Valve, flow meter and sensor signals wired to the PLC and checked against the field devices; a temperature and humidity sensor added.
- Testing & commissioning: Signal checks from the compressor to the control room, testing and commissioning.
