SEHC VD5 – AHU, OAC and Exhaust Fan Control Retrofit on CompactLogix 2026
On the VD5 rooftop at Samsung's SEHC complex, the old Siemens PLCs, HMIs and converters for the air handling unit, two outdoor air conditioning units and five kitchen exhaust fans had stopped working. TDL replaced them with a CompactLogix controller and brought the units back into the FMCS SCADA in 2026.

Scope of Supply
- Design: Panel layout and wiring design for the new controller inside the existing enclosure.
- Installation: Removal of 3 PLCs, 3 HMIs and 18 converters; installation and wiring of the CompactLogix controller, I/O, breakers and relays; fibre-optic link to the building network.
- PLC program: Control and monitoring of the AHU, the two OAC units and the five exhaust fans to SEHC's requirements.
- SCADA: New FMCS screens on AVEVA System Platform through KEPServerEX, with historian and reports.
- Testing & commissioning: Site testing, commissioning and as-built drawings.
