In 2024–2025 TDL modernized the control systems of several packing lines at P&G Vietnam's Dong An plant, line by line: new-generation CompactLogix controllers, DeviceNet to EtherNet/IP, PanelView Plus 7 HMIs and new PowerFlex and Kinetix drives.

Scope of Supply
- Controllers: Upgrade of multiple CompactLogix controllers to the new generation for the packing lines.
- Networks: Conversion of devices from DeviceNet to EtherNet/IP and reconfiguration of the plant network architecture for the production lines.
- HMI: Migration of the production line HMIs from PanelView Plus 6 to PanelView Plus 7.
- Drives: Upgrade of PowerFlex variable frequency drives and Kinetix servo drives.
- Software: Program modification and optimization for the new hardware platform.
- Testing & commissioning: Internal FAT and commissioning for each line upgrade.
