Vinh Hoan FeedOne – Aquafeed Factory Process Control & SCADA 2022
TDL designed the control logic and developed the complete PLC and SCADA programs for Vinh Hoan's new FeedOne aquafeed factory in Dong Thap, a 350,000 tons/year plant, and commissioned them on site.

Scope of Supply
- Process control: Control philosophy and PLC programs on redundant ControlLogix 5580 process controllers with PlantPAx, covering intake, dosing, grinding, extrusion and coating.
- Batch and recipe control: Batch control and recipe management programs for the feed production lines.
- Machine integration: Equipment packages from Stolz, Andritz and other machine vendors connected to the plant control system over EtherNet/IP, through protocol gateways where needed.
- SCADA and reporting: FactoryTalk View SE displays and FactoryTalk Historian, production and energy reporting, and an industrial network with a fault-tolerant server.
- Testing & commissioning: Internal testing, FAT and site commissioning.
- Continued support: Since hand-over TDL has continued to support the plant: in 2025 it re-engineered PlantPAx equipment phases and Process Library objects, extended the FactoryTalk View SE displays, implemented FactoryTalk AssetCentre for PLC backup and version control, and automated production reporting. TDL also provides ongoing maintenance services.
