P&G Vietnam Dong An – Packing Line Program Improvements 2026
In 2026 TDL delivered four programming packages on the packing lines at P&G's Dong An plant, each starting from a backup of the machines and ending with testing on the line.

Scope of Supply
- Micro purge: LFE packing: permissives, interlock mapping and equipment and control modules moved from the PLC centre to each machine, with HMI changes.
- Changeover: HDL packing: improved changeover steps and interlock mapping from the PLC centre to the Mespack 440, Mespack 570, Shubham and bottle line, with HMI pop-ups.
- Auto size change: Mespack 570-2: six positioning motors, eighteen sensors and two encoders mapped for automatic size change of the magazine, suction cup and case sealer.
- Generic shipper: End-of-line cameras re-programmed, generic and non-generic shipper modes, filler recipes and cam profiles for several speeds.
