Thi Vai Terminal – Loading Arm System HMI Replacement 2023
TDL replaced the RSView32 HMI of the loading arm system at Thi Vai Terminal with FactoryTalk View SE, connecting the existing redundant PLC-5 controllers to the new HMI through DH+ to EtherNet/IP converters.

Scope of Supply
- HMI: Conversion of the RSView32 application to FactoryTalk View SE v13 on new operator workstations.
- Network: DH+ to EtherNet/IP converters for the existing PLC-5 controllers; control network setup and communication with the central SCADA and other systems.
- Testing: Internal FAT, FAT with the customer and site SAT.
- Commissioning: Installation, commissioning and 72-hour monitoring after cut-over.
