Service packages
Smaller, clearly scoped jobs on running Rockwell Automation systems: what is included, what is not, what the plant prepares. Each package is confirmed after a short survey.
-
End-of-life module / CPU replacement, keeping the existing program
Replace end-of-life Allen-Bradley controllers or modules with current replacement catalog numbers, convert and test the program, with no change to the operating logic.
-
PanelView Plus 6 → Plus 7 upgrade, migrating the FactoryTalk View ME project
Replace the old HMI with PanelView Plus 7, convert and test the ME project, and keep the screens and tags operators are already familiar with.
-
Controller firmware upgrade and Studio 5000 compatibility check
Bring controller/module firmware to a revision that suits the Studio 5000 version in use or about to be upgraded, following a compatibility table and a sequence agreed with the plant.
-
Scheduled, versioned backup and archiving of PLC/HMI programs
Collect, compare and archive the PLC/HMI programs in the agreed scope on a schedule, and detect unapproved changes.
-
Replace ordinary switches with managed Stratix and segment the control network with VLANs
Move the EtherNet/IP network onto managed industrial switches and separate the control zone from the office network, with diagrams and configurations kept on file.
-
Secure remote access setup for technical support
Open a remote support path into the control system in a controlled way: individual accounts, sessions switched on and off by the plant, and an access log.
-
Control system health check
An on-site check of controllers, I/O, HMI, network, backups and product lifecycle — resulting in a report with prioritized actions.
-
Small SCADA changes and extensions: add screens, alarms, reports
Add or modify screens, alarms, trends and reports on a running FactoryTalk View SE/ME or AVEVA system, with the scope agreed in advance.
-
Connect one machine or line to a historian or OPC UA
Get data from one PLC (including legacy ones) into a historian, OPC UA or a dashboard — at the scale of one machine before considering the whole plant.
-
On-site training: ControlLogix / FactoryTalk View
Training for the maintenance team on the plant's own system: reading programs, handling common faults, backup/restore, and replacing modules correctly.
-
Legacy HMI/SCADA migration to FactoryTalk, AVEVA or Ignition
Migrate legacy HMI/SCADA — RSView32, PanelBuilder32, older Wonderware InTouch versions, Citect and other vendors' HMI/SCADA — to FactoryTalk View / Optix, AVEVA or Ignition: inventory, conversion or rebuild, testing with operations, then cutover.
