Mega Grand World Hanoi – Sky Drop Ride Compact GuardLogix Replacement 2025–2026

The Sky Drop ride at Mega Grand World Hanoi showed controller communication alarms. TDL surveyed the ride, collected the program and the list of safety faults, then pre-configured a replacement Compact GuardLogix 5370 with the existing standard and safety program and supported the site team remotely while the controller was changed.

Scope of Supply

• Diagnosis: Site survey of the ride control system and the communication alarms shown on the ride HMI.
• Program and faults: Controller program and the list of safety faults collected from site and archived as the plant backup.
• Replacement controller: New Compact GuardLogix 5370 pre-configured with the existing standard and safety program.
• Remote support: Remote support to the site team during the physical replacement and restart of the ride.
