Control system health check
An on-site check of controllers, I/O, HMI, network, backups and product lifecycle — resulting in a report with prioritized actions.
Scope
- Check of controller/module status, accumulated faults, CPU/network load
- Lifecycle check (active/EOL) of each catalog number in use
- Check of backups, versions and access rights
- Report: condition, risks, recommended actions by priority
- Review of findings with maintenance
Not included
- Corrective work and equipment replacement (quoted separately based on the report)
What the plant prepares
- Device list and the number of panels/PLCs to be checked
- A maintenance staff member accompanying TDL
| Duration | Confirmed after a survey — TDL states the scope and number of days before work starts |

| Price | Quoted per scope after the survey |

The health check covers controller and module status (accumulated faults, CPU load, network load), the Rockwell lifecycle status of each catalog number in use (Active / Active Mature / End of Life / Discontinued), backups and access rights, and ends with a report of recommended actions in order of priority, reviewed with maintenance. The report can serve as the basis for planning and budgeting replacements.
