The Rockwell product page (title "Kinetix 3 400W Component Servo Drive") names 2198-E1004-ERS (Kinetix 5100) as the Functional Replacement; the Kinetix 3 family page recommends migrating to Kinetix 5100. Both are 400 W drives (2198-E1004-ERS: 0.4 kW @ 230 V AC on its Rockwell page). 2071-UM001E Table 2 lists 3.3 A for 2071-AP4 without saying continuous or peak (p. 12 gives the family range as 0.6…9.9 A rms); 2198-RM003B Table 8 lists 2198-E1004-ERS at 2.6 A rms continuous / 6.5 A rms peak. Check the motor current and the load before ordering.
