The Rockwell product page (title "Kinetix 3 1.5kW Component Servo Drive") names 2198-E1015-ERS (Kinetix 5100) as the Functional Replacement; the Kinetix 3 family page recommends migrating to Kinetix 5100. Both are 1.5 kW drives (2198-E1015-ERS: 1.5 kW @ 230 V AC on its Rockwell page). 2071-UM001E Table 2 lists 9.9 A for 2071-A15 without saying continuous or peak (p. 12 gives the family range as 0.6…9.9 A rms); 2198-RM003B Table 8 lists 2198-E1015-ERS at 7.9 A rms continuous / 23.7 A rms peak. Check the motor current and the load before ordering.
