Migration notes
- The Rockwell product page and Table 9 of 2198-RM002B (p. 24) both name 2198-D032-ERS3 (Kinetix 5700). Kinetix 5700 inverters need a DC-bus power supply (converter) sized for the system (2198-RM002B p. 24, note 2).
- The Rockwell product page lists Engineering Replacement but names no catalog number. TDL proposes 2198-D032-ERS3 (Kinetix 5700): this module's 15 A (0-pk) inverter matches Kinetix 6000 2094-BM02-S, which Table 9 of 2198-RM002B (p. 24) pairs with 2198-D032-ERS3. The converter section is replaced by a Kinetix 5700 DC-bus power supply sized for the system.
- The Rockwell product page names 2198-D032-ERS3 (Kinetix 5700). This power module has the same 15 A (0-pk) inverter rating as Kinetix 6000 2094-BM02-S, which Table 9 of 2198-RM002B (p. 24) also pairs with 2198-D032-ERS3.
- Kinetix 6000 (SERCOS) moves to Kinetix 5700 under 2198-RM002B, paired by output current in Table 9. Kinetix 6200/6500 2094-…-M power modules have inverter ratings equivalent to Kinetix 6000 (2094-UM002I p. 23); the control modules have no separate replacement.
